I have samsung NVME hard drive in latop Lenovo Thinkpad T495. Everything works but I do not understand smartcl error information.

Boring, no hardware errors, low utilization, not many writes. Are you worried about the "invalid field ..." errors? Those are communication errors on the interface, not drive problems. If there is something else you are worried about, or there is a good reason for looking at errors, let us know.

You can use nvmecontrol(1) as well.
