    What is the prefered way to auto start the sshd.
    Uncomment the inetd.conf
    OR
    sshd_enable in rc.conf.

    What is the difference, is there any ?

    sshd_enable="YES" in the /etc/rc.conf

    /etc/rc.d/sshd start

    It's the better way :)

    From sshd(8):
    In short, start sshd as a daemon. Forget about inetd.
