Disable SSL verification

Hi,
I have a Free-BSD v13.2, I want to disable SSL / TLS verification to a remote server for LDAP intgration. This is my own internal system. How do I do that?
 
If you use LDAP for authentication it must be encrypted (SSL/TLS) if I recall correctly.
