cannot access http://ftp-archive.freebsd.org

[zldrobit]

I've been trying to download 14.0-RELEASE.txz from ftp-archive.freebsd.org since yesterday (Oct 22), but it still won't download. I guess the site is temporarily down, or my local network/VPN is blocked from that host.
Any suggestions?
