This doesn't look right:
Code:
Launching child to update font-adobe-100dpi-1.0.0_1 to xproto-7.0.15
Odd as font-adobe-100dpi-1.0.0_1 is already up to date.

waiting for X server to shut down FreeFontPath: FPE /usr/local/lib/X11/fonts/misc/ refcount is 2, should be 1; fixing.
if i start GDM i get my desktop GUI restart .

You can ignore that message. I've been seeing the same one for ages and everything works.

You might want to review that log. Everything with an ! failed. So I would be very surprised if it actually worked.

The error you are referring to means dbus isn't running. But as I said, I would fix the install errors first before moving on.

Start with devel/pcre. I'm wondering why it (and quite a few others) are reporting patch errors.

Make sure your ports tree is up to date. Try and catch the full error. If we can figure that one out I'm sure the rest will be easy.

i deinstall pcre and then install it from packages but the problem is steal with other packages like curl :

old enough thread... but instead of fighting with broken broken X installation I would go to single user mode and
Code:
# ee /etc/rc.conf
comment out gnome_enable line and if I had gdm_enable line (instead of gnome_enable) I would check at once is there 2 lines required:
Code:
dbus_enable="YES"
hald_enable="YES
Then I would reboot to console (without X) and
Code:
# portsnap fetch update
Next step:
Code:
# pkgdb -F
If everything is fine (or after fixing):
Code:
# portupgrade -aP
Finally uncomment back gnome/gdm in rc.conf and reboot.
If same problems again I would delete all packages and then reinstall X and Gnome:
Code:
# pkg_delete -df --all
# pkg_add portupgrade
# pkg_add xorg
# pkg_add gnome2
