Default StartX lxpanel can't load netstat plugin

I just have finished compiling lxpanel
but when i tried to startX, the error message says:
lxpanel can't load netstat plugin

does someone know the solution to fix it?

lxpanel isn't a window or desktop manager. It needs either one of those. It needs x11/lxde-meta or at least x11/gnome2-lite.

yes, i have installed x11/lxde-meta but still got netstat problem!

I have removed it!! so just leave it. i turned to fluxbox.
