Reconsider the Hot Thread threshold

Nearly all of the thread, mainly old thread, marked as Hot Thread(Red Box).
Due to high traffic of the FreeBSD forums and the fact of large audiences of foruns (Just look at Currently Active Users users),
It's better to reconsider to increase the threshold of threads which mark as Hot Thread (especially for numbers of views - 150 views are very small)
