after make install clean mod_gzip2 from www/
trying to load it in httpd.conf I get:
httpd: Syntax error on line 105 of /usr/local/etc/apache22/httpd.conf: Can't locate API module structure `gzip2_module' in file
/usr/local/libexec/apache22/mod_gzip2.so: Undefined symbol "gzip2_module"...
I (think) i upgraded to libtool22 but problems still arise for random ports not finding the shared librarys (i manually cd /usr/local/lib and ln -s libexisting-something.so libexisting-something.so.Integer
Its pretty annoying.
Aabout libltdl, i dont think i have that.
Long live FreeBSD!
Thank you for posting that last edit. I did a manual ln -s.
(before me using ln)
/usr/local/lib#ls -la | grep dbus
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 799462 Aug 11 13:16 libdbus-1.a
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 826 Aug 11 13:16 libdbus-1.la
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 14 Aug 11 13:16...
I am getting Error: shared library "dbus-1.3" does not exist
while trying to install a port that depends on devel/dbus
I see in the Makefile that the version is 1.2.
How can i fix this ?
just to show it.
(kern.hz=50 in loader.conf)
It hangs for 10-12 minutes (no sign of life) and then boots normally. Wtf ? Perhaps it is trying to do/access something ?
I have the problem with the swirrling \ and then hangs on vmware ESX 3.5, v7.2 amd64 2cores
Has anyone managed to make it go away ?
It only happens *sometimes*.
Porteasy to update and install ports.
porteasy (in ports-mgmt category)
-i can pull a port not having to have the entire ports tree in /usr/ports. You have ONLY the ports you install !
porteasy
I use porteasy :
#to download the php5 port + requirements:
porteasy -u lang/php5
(all that is needed is the Templates Mk and Tools present in the ports directory)
Salve forum
