change on /etc/mail/submit.mc

I have the same problem,
then I try to change line on /etc/mail/submit.mc
FEATURE(`msp', `[127.0.0.1]')dnl
to
FEATURE(`msp', `[your_smtp_server_ip/hostname]')dnl
it works
