    I changed it to this and it is still working but it is now not blocking anything on other ports :) pass out log on $EXT_NIC proto UDP from $EXT_IP to any port 53 Never mind I forgot to reenable pf :) it's been a long day it's working now though.

    I had a problem like this and found out it was down to an ATI graphics card. I never found a good solution apart from buying an nVidia graphics card, so if you do have an ATI card it could be down to that.

    Lol I do this trying to rebuild a FreeBSD kernel over ssh and my net always has to cut out when I am running buildkernel and it is nearly done I am sure BT do this on purpose.

    Maybe I will go for a other SSD then that was just the one that looked good to me also I will probably go for a 120 gig now just to be safe what are good current SSD's that work well with FreeBSD on UFS? Reliability is high priority but so is speed for me I guess I will have to do more research...
