    I have already asked it at the Squid Mailing list, but no result. Amos have sent me his cache.log and some information that I show You before. I have build squid with exactly the same parameters, but it doesn't resolve my problem. Why you so sure that it's not FreeBSD problem?

    You should use a rsync for that. Rsync + ssh -i works grate for me. Take a look at this link.

    du and df don't match with used space.

    So df shows that disk is full but it's not! 10% of this diskspace is free and only root can write now. Look at the tunefs man page.
