I deleted manually gtk20 and atk packages and delete all the related package lists in +CONTENTS using portmaster --check-depends. It seems good at least till now.

Thank you. But I have one more question. I have copied a directory from usb stick and cause of permission, i used the root account. Now the directory is owned by root. But it has nothing more than pdf files. So, can I change the owner of the directory with a non-root user account?

I installed acroread9 from ports, but unfortunately it was unstable for my system. So I have deleted this package using make deinstall clean, but it seems that it was not correctly deleted. There are still acroread9 and acroread8 files in /usr/local/bin. How could I clean this package?
