    Thanks jalla for advice, i figured out the problem. I used spaces instead tabs as separators in syslog.conf Now works fine, also, you probably mean to use logger -p ntp.notice Test ;)

    Same server is ssh and pf firewall. hm, but i want queuing packets which travel from my server to client, i don't care for packets from client to my server, because i have enough download bandwidth...
