No; I don't use tzsetup. I copy the appropriate file from /usr/share/zoneinfo to /etc/localtime. ..and now I want to copy the same file to somewhere in the postfix installation hierarchy..

I've got postfix-sasl installed (via pkg) & working fine except the time stamp (I can see it for the queued emails) is apparently wrong, despite system time being OK (correct time & timezone). Where do I need to copy the localtime file to set the timezone for postfix? Thanks! -bg

Thanks for checking that. On a 11.0-RELEASE-p2, fresh install, I still get the same error, error, error when running pfctl -vnf on those three table declaration lines. This is weird.

You could try rsync from pkg or build from ports tree. It has -e ssh option for encryption.

The mapping should work, in theory; however, name mapping does not seem to work on freeBSD NFSv4 unless kerberos is enabled. On other *nixes, yes, the mapping generally works w/o krb; but not on the FreeBSD implementation of NFSv4.

Just checked pkg for openntpd and it wasn't found. It was there a few weeks ago.. how do I find out what happened to it? I realize it's still in ports, but I like pkg. ;)

Your USB stick might not last very long as a system disk if you run a scrub. Might be better to do a clean install to a new [hard] disk, import the pool, and run a scrub.
