Thread subscription

Everytime I post to an existing thread, it automatically subscribes me to that post and I get an email once a day letting me know someone has posted in it.
Is this normal? It's starting to **** me off and makes me not want to post at all!

You can change some settings in the "User CP".

I think by default 'Thread Subscription Mode' is turned off. Did you enabled it?

I don't remember doing it. I might have.
Anyway, thanks. I did have a look in the user CP but I must have missed it the first time around.
