where is Manage my desktop

I have been looking for it for an hour. Would someone please tell me where they moved the Setting -> desktop settings -> Let "xfce manage my desktop" check box????

I *think* they got rid of it entirely. At least that's what I recall from my googling for the same information after upgrading to 4.6

yeah the menu editor is gone too.
i read somewhere that they were supposed to be adding alacarte support to make menu editing easier. anyone know what release this is going to be included in?
