How to test FreeBSD Performance in one machine condition?

how do you wish to test it? is this a general benchmark? I hear phoronix recently published benchmark comparison between ubuntu, opensolaris and freebsd (http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=os_threeway_2008&num=1) so Im guessing they used their test suite (http://www.phoronix-test-suite.com/) for it...
