Would it be possible for members to delete their own posts?

I have enabled this permission for users belonging to "Regulars" usergroup, so it should work for you now.

Sorry, for "Just Registered" users this will not be allowed (this is one of the features that help us with fighting against spam). Search this forum to find out how to get promoted to "Regulars" usergroup.

How does one get promoted?
(I've done so many typos that I haven't been able to edit!)
Any ideas on how I can get promoted to Regulars group?
Thanks in advance,
Panarchy

The regulars group is a so-called "auto-promotion group", and users are being promoted to this group after certain conditions are met, i.e. this currently means that given user has to have posted at least 10 approved messages AND 10 days of registered membership.

Any chance of making mine sooner?

I don't think it's really _that_ much you have to do in order to get promoted :) Just wait a few days and post a few messages (on the topic, please) and it will happen automagically.

Please take out the time limit.
You can keep the post limit, but the time limit is really getting to me.

It is easy for a spambot to reach the post limit -- All it has to do is, well ... spam.
However, to the best of my knowledge the current generation of spambots are unable to manipulate the fabric of space/time to bypass the time limit.

LOL
Well can any mod/admin please get rid of the aforementioned limit, for me?
Thanks in advance,

No. You have about two days to go. Stop asking.
