Any idea where to set Default Applications in 4.5.1?

I can't seem to find it under System Settings where it would usually be :\

Odd, that icon is not located in my System Settings. Hmmm, I suppose a reinstall of KDE may be in order if I come across any other mysteriously missing components (hooray)

FYI a full rebuild of KDE4 fixed this (and a few other things).
