I'm placing this here for reason that it is hardware and architecture specific in nature.

I have the r128 drivers installed but, they are not loading.
If you need any other information, let me know.

The problem is that no screens are found. Will adding r128 to the module list enable the driver?
This is solved but I do not see the tag appearing.
I'll post the total results later.

The log file doesn't correspond with the xorg.conf file you posted. Are you sure you are starting X using that config file?

I'm tired and still working on it. It was accomplished with the help of the developers and the xorg mailing list.
I had posted quite a bit on slexy and ompload. Xorg doesn't just work. You have to edit it. It has to be done with -retro.

The config you posted looks ok to me. That's why I was wondering if the log corresponds.
If you make sure HAL and dbus are running you could try without any xorg.conf file. In theory it should detect the correct driver (and also your mouse and keyboard). That driver does need to be installed though. If I'm not mistaken the r128 driver isn't installed with a default Xorg installation.
