I have a netbook
model : eeepc 1005ha
and I have a problem with resolution in gnome

Where is the ok button ? :-s
maximum resolution : 1,024 x 600 pixel

Use ALT to grab the window and move it up.
Gnome's dialogs don't seem to like it when the height is anything less then 800 pixels.
This is not a freebsd problem, it's Gnome.

And is your maximum resolution really 1,024x600? If it isn't, set the right value by adding the appropriate Modes line in /etc/X11/xorg.conf if you have the file, or create it (http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/x-config.html) if you don't.

and i don't use gnome . i use default freebsd boot manager .
